Location


Tupasvilla A & B in West Ruka:

2 minutes' walk to the ski bus stop, 15-20 minutes' uphill walk to Ruka centre and the main ski lifts, 20 minutes' bus ride to the ski school meeting point near the Rose & Rudolf Family Park

Kinoskartano A & B in the East Village:

10 minutes' walk to the ski bus stop, 10 minutes' walk to the nearest slopes, these two cabins are not within walking distance to Ruka Village




Rooms


All cabins are non-smoking and have a combined living and dining area with a TV, wood-burning fire with unlimited firewood, drying cabinet for clothes, iron and private sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area) are included.

West Ruka cabins:
3 bedroom apartment with sauna (Tupasvilla A & B) - sleeps 2-8 (max 6 adults or 6 adults and 2 children up to 12 years): Three twin beds, mezzanine with twin beds, living area, kitchen, private shower, WC and sauna.

East Village cabins:
1 bedroom apartment with sauna (Kinoskartano B) - sleeps 2-4: Loft with double bed or twin beds, extra single bed in loft, living area with single sofa bed, kitchen, private shower, WC and sauna.

3 bedroom apartment with sauna (Kinoskartano A) - sleeps 3-8: Double bedroom, twin bedroom, loft with double bed and two single beds, living room, kitchen, private shower, WC and sauna.

Please note: Beds may not be made up, and customer may be required to do this themselves on arrival.

Just so you know, each cabin is individually owned and may look slightly different from the images shown. And while all the cabins are in the same part of the resort, it’s not possible to guarantee that multiple cabins will be located next to each other.

Check-in is at 4pm. If your transfer arrives before then, you'll be dropped off in Ruka's village centre. From here, you'll need to take the ski bus to your cabin at check-in time, which is free with a lift pass.

Check-out is at 12pm. If your transfer coach is scheduled after then, you'll need to make your own way to the village centre on the ski bus to be collected. Due to the narrow roads, the coach doesn't not have direct access to your cabin and you might need to walk a short way with your luggage.

WiFi isn't available in the cabins, so you'll really be able to unplug and enjoy a digital detox during your stay.
