Overlooking Corvara and the valley below, Sporthotel Panorama enjoys stunning views from its elevated piste-side position. With easy access to and from the slopes, this superior hotel offers traditional, Alpine hospitality alongside a wealth of services to ensure a memorable holiday. Handily situated just 20m from the Arlara lift and a 15 minute downhill walk to resort - hotel runs a free shuttle bus service. The spa’s got a large, heated indoor pool and saunas. There are plenty of treatments on the menu so you can pamper yourself as much as you need to. We also love chilling out on the sun terrace – it's a fantastic spot for mountain views!
In a piste-side position above Corvara, 20m from the nearest lift. 200 metres to the free public bus stop to the town centre (normally runs from mid June to mid September, outside these dates the hotel can organise a shuttle service for a local charge)
Hotel has an annexe across the road but is linked by an internal corridor to the main building. Second building is of same standard and guests enjoy all the same facilities.
All rooms have TV, minibar, safe, balcony, telephone and hairdryer.
Standard Room- sleeps 2-3 are about 28m² and have a balcony with mountain views. They are finished in a traditional style and have a shower, TV, minibar and safe. These rooms sleep up to three people and the extra bed is a single sofa bed.
Panoramic Room- sleeps 2-4 are about 28m² and have lovely views from the south facing balcony. When booked for four, there is an additional double sofa bed.
Single Room- sleeps 1 are about 18m² and have a balcony and mountain views.

Found in the Alta Badia ski area and a linked offshoot of the Sella Ronda circuit, Corvara is one of the bigger villages. It is also one of the more lively. There are lots of restaurants, bars and hotels and, as one recent visitor has noted, 'if you like good food and great wine and beer, this is the place for you'. The other villages on the circuit offer even more eateries, but drinking and driving is just as stupid in Italy as it is anywhere else. Corvara is very conveniently positioned to get the most out of the region's skiing, much of which favours intermediate cruisers and beginners. Experts may well want to stay in nearby Arabba for some of best tough stuff in the Italian Alps. Unfortunately, as with the less well-known Italian resorts, foreign languages are not widely spoken, so ski school in particular can be a bit of a problem.
Overall, Corvara is a good spot for getting the best of the Alta Badia and the Sella Ronda areas – also offering plenty to occupy your stomach in the evenings…
