Dinner take place in a private dining area next to the bar, so perfect if you get carried away chatting or listening to the live après acts. Most nights you can enjoy a lovely three-course meal but the themed nights come with an additional course and occasionally take place in the basement 'Speak Easy' wine bar. Dinner is served at 6:30pm each night.

While you do need to pay for all drinks locally, we highly recommend taking advantage of the hotels comprehensive wine collection at dinner. With over 200 labels to choose from, the staff are more than happy to help you select the right tipple to compliment the menu. 

New Year gala meal is included

In Italy, it’s common for hotels not to provide tap water during meal service. Still and sparkling bottled water can be easily purchased locally.

Special diets are available on a request basis.

Cervinia offers everything from wide, easy cruising runs to high-altitude glacier skiing on the Klein Matterhorn. With ski school located at the top of the gondola, beginners can enjoy impressive views from day one. For more adventure, an area pass opens up the linked terrain of Zermatt, along with spectacular cable car rides in glass-bottomed cabins.

Set at the top of the Aosta Valley, the compact town has a car-free, cobbled centre filled with shops and cafés. Après-ski is more relaxed and refined, with sunny terraces overlooking the slopes or livelier bars for those heading out later. Accommodation ranges from family-run hotels to larger modern stays, many with spa facilities like saunas, steam rooms and indoor pools.

Beyond skiing, highlights include the highest ice grotto in Europe, ice karting, and guided snowshoe walks through the surrounding forests.
