Residence Hermine is a charming chalet-style apartment residence in Val Thorens, perfect for a memorable ski escape in the Three Valleys. Set slightly away from the hustle and bustle, it offers a quieter atmosphere while still being conveniently close to everything you need. With this excellent location, fully furnished apartments complete with private balconies, and access to a wellness area featuring a swimming pool, it offers all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The slopes are just a short distance away, and the lively resort centre is home to a wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants and only a ten-minute walk. For more experienced skiers, there is direct access back to the residence, while others can easily return with a short walk.

Guests at Residence Hermine also benefit from the convenience of an in-house ski hire shop, making it easy to collect your equipment and get ready to make the most of your time on the slopes.

Apartments

All apartments have an oven, microwave, electric hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a full range of kitchenware. Flatscreen TV with satellite channels, telephone, private balcony (South, East or West facing) and safe. Bed linen and towels provided (2 towels per person), beds made on arrival, welcoming products are included. End of stay cleaning not included (a welcoming kit is provided).

Three bedroom apartments are around 72m² and sleep up to 6 people. These apartments have one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms. There is one bathroom, two shower rooms and two toilets.

Four bedroom apartments are around 95m² and sleep up to 8 people. These apartments have one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms.There is one bathroom and three shower rooms or two bathrooms and two shower rooms, both options with two separate toilets. These apartments are on one level or duplex.

Six bedroom apartments are around 115-135m² and sleep up to 12 people. These apartments have one double bedroom and five twin bedrooms or all six are twin bedrooms. There are five or six bathroom/ shower rooms and a minimum of two toilets. This apartment may be a duplex apartment.

About Val Thorens

Val Thorens skiing

At 2300m, Val Thorens is the highest ski resort in Europe, meaning the resort has a great snow record. Put simply, if there's no snow in Val Thorens then there's no snow anywhere! Forming part of the 600km Three Valleys ski domain, Val Thorens' extended skiing is excellent, with intermediates being particularly spoilt for choice. Advanced skiers also have plenty to play on with big moguls and access to the Maurienne Valley for off-piste adventures. In addition there's an excellent Snowpark to keep freestylers busy. Beginners too can enjoy Val Thorens with several gentle greens and easy blues scattered around the resort. There is no better all-around ski area anywhere in Europe, possibly the World.

As the resort is traffic-free and purpose-built, most accommodation options offer ski-in-ski-out accessibility. As well as being Europe's highest resort and part of the biggest linked ski area, Val Thorens has gained a reputation in recent years as a lively apres ski destination. The arrival of the raucous Folie Douce and the slightly more chilled Bar 360 mean that your apres ski party begins on the slopes in mid-afternoon. Back in resort you've got a choice of several bustling pubs, including Europe's highest in the Frog and Roastbeef. If you're still thirsty for more then the Alps' biggest underground nightclub, Malaysia, stays open almost until first lifts in the morning!

It's not all partying though. Val Thorens has developed many facilties over the years, including an indoor leisure centre with pool, extensive shopping, ice-driving, the list goes on!
