Chalet Lapin sleeps 8 people in four en-suite bedrooms. It is located on the hillside slightly above La Plagne 1800 and has great views, there is an open-plan living/dining area with a feature fireplace.

Location

La Plagne is named ‘the paradise resort’ with fantastic skiing on offer, but once you have experienced the sauna and enjoyed the amazing views from this property, we warn you, you may not want to leave! La Plagne 1800 resort centre is a 200m (approx.) downhill stroll and the skiing only 300m (approx.).

The open-plan living/dining area in this chalet is full of alpine character with a feature fireplace to relax in front of and all the bedrooms benefit from en suite facilities.Wi-fi is available.

Catering

Breakfast - make your selection from porridge and eggs cooked to order, French bread, preserves, flaky croissants, yoghurt, muesli, cereals and each day a differing cooked option which includes sausages and bacon, fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, all served alongside fruit juice and freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Afternoon Tea - freshly baked cake along with tea and coffee

Dinner - delicious, freshly prepared three course candlelit dinner. Our evening meals are friendly and sociable so you can take your time and enjoy the food in a dinner party atmosphere. For the duration of the meal enjoy a choice of handpicked wines before finishing off the evening with freshly brewed coffee and tea.

Breakfast and dinner will be served on 5 out of 7 days and a continental breakfast will be left out on two mornings.

About La Plagne

La Plagne is a superb choice for families and anyone looking to build confidence on the slopes, with access to 425km of varied skiing in the Paradiski area. Beginners can progress from gentle nursery slopes to wide, scenic blue runs, including those from Grande Rochette back to Plagne Centre. More experienced skiers can enjoy longer reds towards Champagny-en-Vanoise, while those wanting to explore further can take the double-decker cable car over to Les Arcs for even more terrain.

The resort is made up of several linked villages, each with its own character. Plagne Centre is the original hub, while Plagne Soleil is the newest. Belle Plagne and Plagne 1800 are among the prettiest options, Plagne Villages sits right in the heart of the ski area, and Plagne Aime 2000 offers a quieter, family-friendly base. All villages provide a mix of accommodation, restaurants and easy access to the pistes.

Off the slopes, La Plagne offers plenty of unique experiences. You can race down France’s only Olympic bobsleigh track, take a ziplining adventure across the mountains, or visit the Bellecôte glacier’s ice grotto filled with intricate sculptures carved from snow and ice. For a more relaxed alternative with the same access to the Paradiski area, the nearby village of Montalbert offers a smaller, laid-back atmosphere while still connecting directly into the ski network.
