Overview

Serras Andorra is a luxury mountain retreat that combines traditional stone architecture with stylish contemporary interiors and exceptional five-star service. Located close to the Grandvalira ski area, the hotel offers a unique ski experience, including its own piste running alongside the property and a private shuttle service to the lifts, with dedicated ski butlers on hand to help with equipment.

After a day on the slopes, guests can relax on the terrace with drinks and mountain views or unwind in the hotel's spa, which features a sauna, steam room and cooling pool. Families are particularly well catered for, with dedicated family spa sessions, a lively kids' club offering activities such as crafts, cooking classes and themed parties, and personalised welcome gifts for younger guests.

Dining is a highlight of any stay. Breakfast includes fresh pastries, fruit, juices and made-to-order dishes, while guests choosing half board can enjoy refined evening meals at Bruna restaurant, where local ingredients are elevated with fine-dining flair. For a more traditional alpine experience, La Fromagerie de Bruna serves classic favourites such as raclette and fondue in an inviting mountain setting.

This hotel-run club has plenty of fun-filled activities for kids aged 3 and up. You can also book a babysitting service for an extra charge.

Activities

There are all sorts of activities to keep your little ones entertained, from cooking and craft-making workshops to bubble parties and sporty sessions like yoga and zumba.

Extra charge for Kids Ski Camp from 9am to 5pm, which mixes skiing with snow activities and a kid-friendly spa session to round it all off. Booking is required and it costs approx. €290 with ski equipment included or €260 if your kids have their own. Lunch is included.

If you want to splash out on some extra-special activities, the hotel runs a kids' après-ski on Fridays and Saturdays, where there'll snacks, boogying and entertainment. It's on from 6-8pm and costs approx. €30. And if you're looking to make some memories as a family, you can book a dog-sledding session for approx. €55 per person.

Babysitting is available by reservation for approx. €35, with a minimum of 2 hours.

About Soldeu - El Tarter

Soldeu sits at the heart of Grandvalira, giving skiers easy access to one of Andorra’s largest ski domains. The resort is particularly well suited to beginners and intermediates, with an excellent ski school and a wide range of gentle runs. More experienced skiers can explore the wider area before returning to the village via scenic blue or black pistes.

Popular with families and those seeking a touch of luxury, Soldeu is centred around a single main road, making it easy to get around. Accommodation is largely made up of four- and five-star hotels, many of which offer spas, pools and family-friendly facilities such as kids’ clubs.

El Tarter is a laid-back resort with access to a huge ski area, making it ideal for all abilities. Beginners can enjoy the dedicated learning zone and gentle blue runs, while confident skiers can explore the long, wide red pistes higher up the mountain. After skiing, a handful of bars offer relaxed après-ski drinks and live music.

The village features traditional stone and timber buildings on the hillside and sits next to Soldeu, where a livelier après-ski scene is just a short bus ride away..
