Overview

Family-run since 1908, the Bernerhof is one of Wengen's oldest hotels and offers simple, great-value accommodation in an excellent location. Its traditional chalet-style exterior, complete with distinctive red shutters, is full of Alpine character, while inside you'll find comfortable, fuss-free rooms with classic wooden furnishings.

Each morning, a continental buffet breakfast provides the perfect start before a day on the slopes. In the evenings, you're free to discover Wengen's restaurants, cafés and bars, all just a short stroll away.

When it comes to skiing, the location is hard to beat. The Männlichen cable car is only a two-minute walk from the hotel, helping you get onto the mountain with ease, while Wengen's train station is just four minutes away. Set on the village's main street, the Bernerhof also puts the resort's shops, restaurants and après-ski within easy reach.

About Wengen

Wengen sits within the 211km Jungfrau Ski Region, surrounded by iconic peaks including the Eiger and Mönch. With mostly gentle blues and easy reds, it’s perfect for relaxed cruising, while the legendary Lauberhorn piste offers a challenge on the world’s longest downhill World Cup course.
