Private Nanny Service is available for children 6months - 8years when the entire chalet is booked. This service is provided 5 days a week from 8.30am-5pm. (This can be flexible but 8.5 hours of care will be provided each day. The nanny will bring along toys and games and provide care of your little ones within your chosen accommodation. Lunch, snacks and drinks and one nights babysitting between 7.30-10pm are all included within the price. Private nanny prices start from £495 for up to 3 children depending on age ratios. About La Plagne
La Plagne is a superb choice for families and anyone looking to build confidence on the slopes, with access to 425km of varied skiing in the Paradiski area. Beginners can progress from gentle nursery slopes to wide, scenic blue runs, including those from Grande Rochette back to Plagne Centre. More experienced skiers can enjoy longer reds towards Champagny-en-Vanoise, while those wanting to explore further can take the double-decker cable car over to Les Arcs for even more terrain.
The resort is made up of several linked villages, each with its own character. Plagne Centre is the original hub, while Plagne Soleil is the newest. Belle Plagne and Plagne 1800 are among the prettiest options, Plagne Villages sits right in the heart of the ski area, and Plagne Aime 2000 offers a quieter, family-friendly base. All villages provide a mix of accommodation, restaurants and easy access to the pistes.
Off the slopes, La Plagne offers plenty of unique experiences. You can race down France’s only Olympic bobsleigh track, take a ziplining adventure across the mountains, or visit the Bellecôte glacier’s ice grotto filled with intricate sculptures carved from snow and ice. For a more relaxed alternative with the same access to the Paradiski area, the nearby village of Montalbert offers a smaller, laid-back atmosphere while still connecting directly into the ski network.
