Overview
Just outside the centre of Trysil, the Trysil Hotel is a great base for making the most of Norway’s largest ski resort. The free ski bus is just a minute’s walk away, whisking you to the ski lifts, ski school meeting point and resort centre in around 10 minutes, so getting on and off the mountain couldn’t be easier.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, contemporary feel with clean Scandi-style interiors and a laid-back atmosphere. Rooms are simple and comfortable, with everything you need for a good night’s sleep after a full day on the slopes, while the sauna is the perfect spot to relax and recharge.
Mornings start with a buffet breakfast packed with eggs, meatballs, cold cuts and pastries, while Parken Bistro & Bar serves up hearty dishes with Nordic flavours in the evening. And for a proper après-ski treat, head to the hotel’s own craft brewery, home to Trysil’s largest selection of draught beer – you can even book a brewery tour to see how it’s made.

About Trysil
Trysilfjellet is less than three hours from Oslo. Studying the ski map, you'll immediately see why it is no ordinary ski resort. What is special about Trysilfjellet is the fact that pistes of different levels run side by side, which means that the whole family can use the entire system together.
A great deal of resources has been invested in developing a modern, well-lubricated ski system with the main priority to provide better skiing for maximum fun.
