Overview

Offering a mix of modern and traditionally styled apartments, Residence Rosa delle Dolomiti in the neighbouring village of Carisolo gives you the freedom to enjoy your holiday at your own pace, with the comfort of your own space.

Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, making self-catering easy and flexible. The nearby Eurospin supermarket, just a few minutes’ walk away, provides everything you need for day-to-day essentials. If you prefer to dine out, there’s also a good selection of local restaurants close by, serving authentic Italian and Mediterranean dishes.

Getting onto the slopes is straightforward, with the ski bus stop around a 5–6 minute walk from the residence. From there, you’ll be taken directly to the Pinzolo–Prà Rodont gondola, which also serves as the ski school meeting point. After a day in the mountains, the residence’s heated boot rack ensures your gear is ready and dry for the next day’s skiing.

Rooms

All apartments are non-smoking and come with a kitchen featuring an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, as well as a Smart TV with English channels, bathrobes and hairdryer. A microwave can also be provided on request. Bed linen and towels are included, with end-of-stay cleaning a mandatory €70 additional fee per apartment, to be paid locally in cash only.

When you arrive, you’ll also need to pay a deposit of approx. €150 in cash for each apartment or room on your booking.

Studio (approx. 22-25m²) – sleeps 1-2: Ground-floor apartment with a double sofa-bed in the lounge, kitchen, private shower, WC and garden or enclosed terraced.

1 Bedroom apartment (approx. 35-40m²) – sleeps 2-4: Double bed and one extra double sofa-bed when booking for four, a private shower or bath, WC and balcony.

2 Bedroom apartment (approx. 60-65m²) – sleeps 2-4: Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, one double sofa-bed in the lounge, kitchen, private shower, WC and balcony or enclosed terraced with a mountain or garden view.

Cots are available to hire, free of charge, on request.

About Pinzolo

Pinzolo is a great choice for first-timers and families, with a nursery area set high above the village at the top of the Pinzolo–Prà Rodont gondola. Young skiers can also practise their turns on mini slalom features in the nearby kids’ area, making it an easy and confidence-building place to learn.

When you're ready to explore further, the Express cable car links into the wider Ski Area Campiglio, opening up around 150km of varied pistes for longer days on the mountain. The town itself has a traditional, lived-in feel, with shops, cafés and restaurants along its streets. Après-ski is relaxed, with the bar at the base of the Tulot–Malga gondola a popular spot, or you can unwind with an aperitif in the village after a stroll past the historic 14th-century church.

Off the slopes, there’s plenty to do, from skating at the Olympic Ice Arena to taking a tandem paragliding flight for a different perspective on the surrounding mountains.
