Overview

These self-catered apartments enjoy a fantastic location in the heart of Briançon, just steps from the Prorel Gondola for quick and easy access to the slopes. Shops, cafés and restaurants are all close by, while the residence also offers a wellness area and lounge with a pool table for relaxing after skiing.

The apartments are simple and comfortable, with alpine-inspired touches including wood panelling and mountain-themed décor. Each one comes with a private balcony or terrace, plus a kitchenette for flexible self-catering stays. For an easier start to the day, breakfast delivery is also available for a small extra charge.

The historic centre of Briançon is right on your doorstep too, where you can explore the UNESCO-listed fortified old town and wander through its charming streets and city walls.

Rooms

All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher, plus a balcony or terrace. End of stay cleaning (except kitchenette), towels and linen are included. Extra charge for change in towels or bed linen and to use the TV in the apartment. WiFi access is approx. €20 per device.

When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €250 by credit card for each apartment on your booking.

2 bedroom apartment - sleeps 1-6 (approx. 44m²): Double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, living room with a double sofa bed, private shower or bath and WC.

3 bedroom apartment- sleeps 1-8 (approx. 75m²): Duplex with two double bedrooms, bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, living room with double sofa bed, private shower or bath and WC.

Cots are available, free of charge, on request.

Please note: Beds will need to be made by guests on arrival, if you want them to be pre-made, you will have to contact the residence yourself to organise this at an extra cost.

With 250km of varied slopes, Serre Chevalier offers wide-open bowls, scenic tree-lined runs, and around 300 days of sunshine each year. Long blue and red pistes suit intermediate skiers, while advanced skiers can tackle the famous Luc Alphand black run. Beginners are also well catered for with dedicated nursery areas across the valley.

Stay in the traditional alpine villages of Chantemerle or Villeneuve, or explore the historic town of Briançon, home to France's highest UNESCO-listed Old Town. Away from the slopes, unwind at the Grands Bains thermal spa or enjoy the excitement of the 4km Deval'Bob toboggan run.
