Overview

Residence L’Adret offers a simple, self-catered base in the Chantemerle area of Serre Chevalier, with a convenient location close to the Saint-Chaffrey gondola, nursery slopes, a supermarket, and local après-ski bars.

The apartments are functional and modern, set within a traditional-style building, and feature compact kitchenettes for easy self-catering. Two-bedroom options include a separate living area with a sofa, providing extra space to relax after a day on the mountain.

Facilities include a heated outdoor pool, ideally positioned for enjoying the evening sun, making it a practical and straightforward choice for a ski stay in Serre Chevalier.

Rooms

All apartments are non-smoking and have a kitchen with electric hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, as well as a TV, limited free WiFi and hairdryer. Bed linen, bath towels, end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) are included. Extra charge for a change of towels and bed linen, payable locally.

When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €250 per week by cash, credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.

Studio (approx. 25m²) - sleeps 1-2: Living area with double bed, private shower or bath and WC.

Studio (approx. 27m²) - sleeps 1-4: Living area with double bed, double sofa-bed, private shower or bath and WC.

2 bedroom apartment (approx. 44m²) - sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, double sofa bed in living area, private shower or bath and WC.

Baby kits are available to hire for approx. €15 per week, payable locally. Includes cot, bath and highchair.

Cots are available to hire for an extra charge, payable locally.

Please note: Beds will need to be made by guests on arrival.

About Serre Chevalier

With 250km of varied slopes, Serre Chevalier offers wide-open bowls, scenic tree-lined runs, and around 300 days of sunshine each year. Long blue and red pistes suit intermediate skiers, while advanced skiers can tackle the famous Luc Alphand black run. Beginners are also well catered for with dedicated nursery areas across the valley.

Stay in the traditional alpine villages of Chantemerle or Villeneuve, or explore the historic town of Briançon, home to France's highest UNESCO-listed Old Town. Away from the slopes, unwind at the Grands Bains thermal spa or enjoy the excitement of the 4km Deval'Bob toboggan run.
