Overview

The chalet is situated in a peaceful area of Les Arcs. The location is perfect if you are looking for privacy with all the modern facilities. The living room is traditional and warm with an open fireplace. There is a TV, DVD, Wi-FI, radio connected system. The direct access to the private balcony allows you to admire the outdoor hot tub and the wildlife in the valley.
All the en-suite rooms are situated on the ground floor. They are spacious, warm and lot of storage space. The wi-fi is included in the entire chalet and there is a new ski storage room.
The outdoor hot tub in the middle of the snow is perfect to relax in.

Description

Location

The chalet is situated above the village of Arc 1800. Skiing is accessed by 400m (approx) walk downhill to the Alpage followed by a short ski down to the Arc 1800 where you have access to the pistes and chairlifts. The center of Arc 1800 is 10-15 min walk down the road.

Chalet Anne has been completely renewed and has a cosy and homely feel.

Ground Floor:

Chalet entrance, snug area with 2 seaters sofas, TV, DVD player and dartboard.
Room 1: Double or twin with further child pull-out bed, reading corner with seating for two. Shower and WC- suitable for a cot.
Room 2: Twin or Double, small desk, shower and WC- suitable for a cot.
Room 3: Twin or Double, small desk, shower and WC- suitable for a cot.
Room 4: Twin or double, shower and WC- suitable for a cot.

First Floor:
The kitchen and dining area. Open plan living/dining area with TV, fireplace, full length window leading into a balcony. Outdoor hot tub.
