Located at 2,050 metres, at the entrance of the pedestrianised resort of Belle Plagne, the Residence Chalet du Vallon offer well equipped, traditional apartments that provide you with good access to the resort amenities and Paradiski Area.

These apartments are in a traditional Savoyard style with beautiful use of stone and wood throughout. Each apartments is large and can fit six to eight people which is perfect for a family ski holiday. Each apartments features a fireplace in the living area and provides a really authentic stay in the centre of Belle Plagne.

Location

Residence Le Chalet du Vallon apartments are ski in/ski out and located in the centre of Belle Plagne, just 100-300 metres from the shops.

The Residence is also located 300 metres to the ski school meeting place.

Rooms

Two Bedroom Apartments are 72m² and sleep up to six people. There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and an alcove with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite, then a main bathroom with a bath and a separate WC.

Four Bedroom Apartments are 105m² and sleep eight to ten people. This apartment is over three floors and has one double bedroom, three twin bedrooms and a cabin area with bunk beds. There's two shower rooms with a separate WC, an en-suite with bath to the double bedroom and a main bathroom with shower.

About La Plagne

La Plagne is a superb choice for families and anyone looking to build confidence on the slopes, with access to 425km of varied skiing in the Paradiski area. Beginners can progress from gentle nursery slopes to wide, scenic blue runs, including those from Grande Rochette back to Plagne Centre. More experienced skiers can enjoy longer reds towards Champagny-en-Vanoise, while those wanting to explore further can take the double-decker cable car over to Les Arcs for even more terrain.

The resort is made up of several linked villages, each with its own character. Plagne Centre is the original hub, while Plagne Soleil is the newest. Belle Plagne and Plagne 1800 are among the prettiest options, Plagne Villages sits right in the heart of the ski area, and Plagne Aime 2000 offers a quieter, family-friendly base. All villages provide a mix of accommodation, restaurants and easy access to the pistes.

Off the slopes, La Plagne offers plenty of unique experiences. You can race down France’s only Olympic bobsleigh track, take a ziplining adventure across the mountains, or visit the Bellecôte glacier’s ice grotto filled with intricate sculptures carved from snow and ice. For a more relaxed alternative with the same access to the Paradiski area, the nearby village of Montalbert offers a smaller, laid-back atmosphere while still connecting directly into the ski network.
