Overview

A short walk from the Belle Plagne Roche de Mio blue slope are Les Gemeaux Apartments. They're in a peaceful but central spot, so you're walking distance from the shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartments beautifully blend with the regional architecture, each one fitted with natural materials that make it an inviting atmosphere to come back to. Each space is modern, with pretty furnishings and well-equipped kitchenettes.

After a day’s skiing, make the most of the free games and equipment from reception. Take a sledge out for some fun in the snow or grab a board game and cosy up on the sofa.

Apartments

All apartments have a TV with international channels, coffee machine, hairdryer and free wifi. There’s also a kitchenette with hotplates, microwave or mini-oven, fridge and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels, cleaning kit and end of stay clean (excluding kitchen) are included. Beds are made up on arrival.

When you arrive, you’ll need to provide a credit card to be scanned. A €1 payment will be taken to secure this card, so that any additional costs (such as damage or cleaning charges) may be deducted at the end of your stay. If you can only pay by cash, you’ll need to pay a cash deposit of approx. €200 for each apartment on your booking.

Studio (approx. 23m²) - sleeps 1-4 (max 2 adults and 2 children aged up to 11 years): Living area with double sofa bed, alcove with bunk beds, private bath or shower and WC.

Baby kits are available at an extra cost per week, payable locally, including travel cot with fitted sheet, highchair, changing mat and pushchair.

About La Plagne

La Plagne is a superb choice for families and anyone looking to build confidence on the slopes, with access to 425km of varied skiing in the Paradiski area. Beginners can progress from gentle nursery slopes to wide, scenic blue runs, including those from Grande Rochette back to Plagne Centre. More experienced skiers can enjoy longer reds towards Champagny-en-Vanoise, while those wanting to explore further can take the double-decker cable car over to Les Arcs for even more terrain.

The resort is made up of several linked villages, each with its own character. Plagne Centre is the original hub, while Plagne Soleil is the newest. Belle Plagne and Plagne 1800 are among the prettiest options, Plagne Villages sits right in the heart of the ski area, and Plagne Aime 2000 offers a quieter, family-friendly base. All villages provide a mix of accommodation, restaurants and easy access to the pistes.

Off the slopes, La Plagne offers plenty of unique experiences. You can race down France’s only Olympic bobsleigh track, take a ziplining adventure across the mountains, or visit the Bellecôte glacier’s ice grotto filled with intricate sculptures carved from snow and ice. For a more relaxed alternative with the same access to the Paradiski area, the nearby village of Montalbert offers a smaller, laid-back atmosphere while still connecting directly into the ski network.
