Odalys Prestige Résidence Les Fermes de Châtel offers high-quality self-catered accommodation in the charming Savoyard resort of Châtel, combining a rustic alpine feel with a highly convenient central location.
The residence sits right at the foot of the mountain, providing ski-in, ski-out access and direct proximity to the Super-Châtel lift. At the same time, it is positioned in the heart of the village, giving easy access to shops, restaurants and resort amenities.
Inside, the apartments are beautifully finished in a traditional chalet style using natural wood and stone, creating a warm and authentic mountain atmosphere. Many balconies offer impressive views over the village, valley or surrounding slopes, depending on their orientation.
Guests also benefit from hotel-style facilities, including a cosy lounge with an open fire, a panoramic indoor swimming pool and a wellness area with a hot tub—offering a comfortable balance between independence and relaxation for a ski holiday in Châtel.

All apartments have a kitchenette with ceramic hob, multi-function oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, as well as a TV and WiFi. Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen, cleaning kit included) and local taxes are included.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €500 by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 34m²) - sleeps 2-4: Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace.
2 bedroom apartment with balcony or terrace (approx. 48m²) - sleeps 2-6: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony or terrace. Some apartments are duplex.

End-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen, so you’ll need to clean this yourself or an extra charge will be deducted from your deposit.
Bed linen will be provided for sofa beds, for you to make up on arrival all other beds will be made up ahead of your arrival.

Châtel is an authentic Savoyarde village offering access to 650km of Portes du Soleil skiing, while its own 130km area is ideal for intermediates. Cruise gentle blues in Super-Châtel or enjoy longer red runs in Linga, with ski schools and beginner slopes available across both sectors. Upgrade your pass to explore further into Avoriaz, Morzine or even into Switzerland.
The village retains its traditional charm, with chalet-style accommodation alongside historic guesthouses and working farms, and it remains good value compared to larger resorts. Off the slopes, activities range from ziplining and paragliding to swimming at the Forme d’O Aquatic Centre and fun descents on inflatable airboards.
