Although the ski area is relatively compact, it's ideal for a first ski holiday. Larger than many traditional mountain villages, Seefeld offers a wide choice of accommodation, from cosy guesthouses to stylish hotels. Evenings are generally relaxed, with welcoming restaurants and bars providing the perfect setting for a leisurely dinner and drinks. If you're looking for something a little different after dark, you can even try your luck at the local casino.

Away from the slopes, there's plenty to keep you entertained. The Olympiabad leisure centre is a great place to unwind, with its swimming pool, saunas and ice rink. Or, if you fancy a change of scenery, hop on the train to Innsbruck, less than an hour away, and spend the day exploring the historic city and its impressive mountain backdrop.
