Overview
Moonlight Basin opened in 2003. Here you’ll find extraordinary snow, superb access to nearly 2,000 acres of terrain, and services that make you feel as welcome as you do in your own home.
Moving into its third season, Moonlight continues to expand by adding new terrain, a new lift, new services, and a new ticket. Improvements on the mountain, additions to the services offered, and new access and parking at Madison Lodge are also ongoing. The new Headwaters Chair will give lift-access to our expert terrain in The Headwaters, previously accessible by only a 30-minute hike. Plus, eight new trails and glades will be added to the already sprawling trail network.
