Overview

Hotel Monte Paraccia combines fresh alpine style with a rich sense of local heritage. One of the oldest houses in San Vigilio, it has been owned by the Taibon family since 1904 and lovingly transformed from a former farmhouse into a welcoming hotel. Vintage photographs of Kronplatz adorn the walls, celebrating the property’s history and traditional roots.

There’s plenty to enjoy beyond the hotel, with guided ski tours led by owner Karin, as well as opportunities for snowshoeing, tobogganing and exploring the Kronplatz ski area. After an active day in the mountains, relax in the wellness area with a choice of saunas and a steam room.

Families are especially well catered for, with a dedicated games room where children can let off steam and a table football table for some friendly competition. It’s the perfect setting for relaxed and enjoyable après-ski time together.

Rooms

All rooms have a TV, hairdryer, safe, shower, balcony.

Comfort Twin Room- sleeps 2 are around 25m².

Superior Twin Room -sleep 2-4 are about 35m². For three guests the extra bed is a sofa bed, for four guests the extra beds are two single beds.

Suite- sleeps 2-4 are a lot more spacious at about 45m² (extra bed is a double sofa bed in the lounge). These rooms have a separate lounge area and all guests share one large bathroom.

Single Rooms are also available and measure about 17m².

Breakfast is a buffet with a good choice of hot and cold options including home-made jam, bread and cakes, muesli, local prosciutto and much more. For breakfast the hotel has a 0 kilometre philosophy, so most of the food they serve is sourced from within 1 kilometre of the hotel.

For supper you'll have a three course meal with various options as well as a salad and starter buffet. The food's a cross between typical Alpine and Mediterranean dishes, each perfectly presented.
