Perfect for families, this unique full-board hotel is designed with children at its heart, offering an impressive range of activities and facilities that go far beyond the usual ski-holiday experience. Highlights include a rooftop ski slope and ice rink, a large waterslide leading into the pool play area, and an interactive games room that combines trampolines with video games. A free kids’ club provides daily activities and a great opportunity for younger guests to make new friends during their stay.
There’s plenty for adults to enjoy too. The indoor and outdoor connected pools offer mountain views and space to unwind, while the spa features a sauna and steam room for some well-earned relaxation after a day in the snow. Skiers can even warm up on the hotel’s rooftop practice slope before taking the ski train to access the main ski area.
Dining is included on a full-board plus basis, with buffet-style meals served throughout the day. Live cooking stations add an extra touch, with chefs preparing dishes fresh in front of guests. Menus feature a mix of South Tyrolean specialities, fresh pasta, dumplings, grilled meats, pizzas, and homemade cakes for afternoon snacks. Soft drinks are included with meals, making it an easy and convenient option for families.

All rooms are non-smoking and have a flatscreen TV with English channels, a minibar, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.
Family room - sleeps 3 (max 2 adults and 1 child up to 11 years old): Double bed, extra bed, private shower or bath and WC.
Family Comfort room - sleeps 4 (max 2 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old): Double bed, bunk bed, private shower or bath, WC and balcony.
Premium Family suite - sleeps 4 (max 2 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old): Double bedroom, two extra beds in the living area, private shower or bath and WC.

Falky Land, Baby Land and Teen Zone
There's a range of clubs here for kids of all ages. Falky Land is for 3 to 11-year-olds, while teens of 12 and up have their own zone to chill out in. And for little ones from 6 months to 3 years, there's Baby Land. For Falky Land and Baby Land, there are childcare staff during opening hours.
Activities
Falky Land is a two-level playroom designed like a castle and town, so kids can let their imaginations run wild. There's all sorts of toys, a slide, a kids' cinema and a stage where Falky the mascot puts on shows. Plus, there are classic games like table football too.
- Teen Zone is a place where older kids can hang out, play games and help themselves to complimentary soft drinks during the club's opening hours.
- Baby Land is a colourful playroom with lots of soft toys, a crawl corner and a mini climbing frame and slide for toddlers. Outside of club hours, the room is kept open for parents to use and there's a kitchenette with a microwave, water boiler, fresh milk and baby food.
- Lunch is included.

Both kids' clubs are open daily, Falky Land from 9am – 9pm and Baby Land from 9am – 1pm and 4-9pm (times subject to change).

About Kronplatz
Kronplatz is a hidden gem and a favourite training ground for Italy’s ski team, thanks to its fast lifts and perfectly groomed pistes. The ski area centres on a single mountain with all lifts meeting at the summit, where wide, gentle blues provide easy cruising. Lower down, wooded slopes offer more challenging terrain, and linking them together creates long runs of up to 10km.
Accommodation is spread around the base area, with Riscone offering the best access to the slopes and livelier après-ski. For a quieter stay, San Vigilio provides a more traditional setting with wooden chalets and family-run hotels, while Bruneck offers a mix of skiing and city-style sightseeing.
Beyond skiing, you can enjoy horse-drawn sleigh rides, dog sledding, or a stroll through Bruneck’s historic Old Town.
