Overview
Base Camp offers a stylish selection of studios and apartments in Cielo Alto with fresh furnishings and modern décor. This self catering home-from-home accommodation offers a great environment to relax in, giving you the freedom to dine in Cervinia's bars and restaurants or use the modern kitchen facilities to cook your own food.
There's also a restaurant nearby that offers continental breakfast and evening meal. There's a small shop nearby for all your essentials or you can take the resort bus that stops just outside the apartment and be at the large supermarket within five minutes.
The bus will also link you to the main lifts area, ski school and ski hire shop. If you don't fancy the bus, the bottom half of the Cieloalto red run is directly outside and links to Breuil-Cervinia, then it's about a three-minute walk to the main lift. It's also possible to ski right back to the apartments if the snow conditions are right.

Apartments
Woody Studios- sleeps-2-3 are around 35m² one pull-out single beds and a single sofa bed. They have a balcony, kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, TV, shower and hairdryer.
Natural Studios- sleeps 2- are around 35m² , two pull-out single beds. They have access to a shared panoramic terrace with great mountain views.
Woody Apartments- sleeps 2-4 are around 55m² . They have one bedroom, two pull-out single beds in the communal areas and a balcony.
Natural Apartments- sleeps 2-4 are around 50m² and have similar configuration to the Woody Apartments. They have been renovated and have mountain views and a shared panoramic terrace.

Offered on a self catered basis, guests will be able to collect provisions from the nearby supermarkets or enjoy sampling the regional and internationally inspired cuisine in one of the many local restaurants.
The Base Camp bar and restaurant is only 100 metres away and offers a continental buffet breakfast and a three course dinner in the evenings. The restaurant serves classic Italian food, and the pizzas are the real deal. The bar sells a selection of local and international wines, beers, soft drinks and coffee.
If you are self-catering, the site has its own delicatessen which sells the basics, from milk, bread and pasta to pre-cooked meals. It opens from 07:30-10:30 & 17:00-21:00 - subject to change.
About Cervinia
Cervinia offers everything from wide, easy cruising runs to high-altitude glacier skiing on the Klein Matterhorn. With ski school located at the top of the gondola, beginners can enjoy impressive views from day one. For more adventure, an area pass opens up the linked terrain of Zermatt, along with spectacular cable car rides in glass-bottomed cabins.
Set at the top of the Aosta Valley, the compact town has a car-free, cobbled centre filled with shops and cafés. Après-ski is more relaxed and refined, with sunny terraces overlooking the slopes or livelier bars for those heading out later. Accommodation ranges from family-run hotels to larger modern stays, many with spa facilities like saunas, steam rooms and indoor pools.
