Description
The modern Alpine theme shapes the rest of the chalet too, continuing into the open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. Here, your chalet hosts will whip up tasty breakfast spreads and homemade dinners, plus fresh cakes to welcome you home at the end of your ski day. In your downtime, you can hang out in the lounge and get to know your fellow guests, or simply curl up with a book in front of the wood-burning fire.
If you want to explore Val d’Isère, it’s a 5-minute walk to the centre of town. And the Bellevarde Express chairlift is just 7 minutes’ walk, so you can be on the slopes in no time.

About Val d'Isère
Val d'Isère is one of Europe's top ski resorts for intermediate and advanced skiers. Shared with neighbouring Tignes, the 300km ski area is packed with long blue and red runs, challenging mogul fields and extensive off-piste terrain where experienced skiers can put their skills to the test. Beginners and less confident skiers can build their confidence on the gentle green slopes or head over to Tignes for a wider choice of easy blue runs. With most of the skiing above 2,300m, excellent snow conditions are usually a safe bet throughout the season.
The resort has a well-earned reputation for style and sophistication, with accommodation ranging from charming traditional hotels and apartments to luxurious four and five-star properties complete with premium facilities. The dining scene is just as impressive, offering everything from hearty Savoyard specialities and gourmet cuisine to relaxed cafés serving all-day breakfasts. When the lifts close, Val d'Isère's lively après-ski scene comes to life. Start the celebrations at La Folie Douce with live music and energetic performances before heading to Cocorico at the foot of the slopes. Round off the evening with DJs and dancing at Petit Danois. If you'd rather swap après for adventure, there's plenty to choose from, including tubing, fat biking and even ice climbing, where you can tackle a frozen waterfall equipped with crampons and ice axes.
