CGH Résidence Les Chalets de Flambeau offers an exceptional location at the foot of the slopes in Val Cenis’ Plan des Champs area. With green runs, lifts and the ski school just steps from the door, guests benefit from seamless access to the mountain throughout their stay.
The residence blends harmoniously with its alpine surroundings, featuring chalet-style buildings with wooden balconies set against a backdrop of pine forests and mountain peaks. Inside, the main reception building provides a warm welcome, complete with a modern fireplace and spacious, comfortable seating. The apartments follow the same contemporary alpine style, offering bright, well-designed living spaces equipped with everything needed for a relaxed, self-catered stay.
After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind in the indoor pool area, whether with a gentle swim or simply relaxing on one of the poolside loungers. Children have their own dedicated pool, and there are additional leisure options including pool and table football for a bit of friendly competition. For deeper relaxation, the wellness area features saunas, steam rooms and a range of massage treatments.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, and a nearby supermarket makes stocking up simple. Those wishing to dine out will find a selection of bars and restaurants within easy reach. For exploring the surrounding villages, the free valley bus service provides convenient transport throughout the resort.

Rooms
All apartments have a kitchenette with electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, steamer, multi-function oven, dishwasher and fridge, as well as a satellite TV, telephone and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen) are included. Beds are made up on arrival (except sofa beds, but sheets are provided). A mid-week towel change is available.
When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €400 by credit or debit card for each apartment on your booking.
1 bedroom apartment (approx. 35-45m²) – sleeps 1-4: Twin bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, private shower or bath, WC and balcony. Some of these apartments are duplex.
2 bedroom apartment (approx. 50-65m²) – sleeps 1-6: Double bedroom, twin bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, private bath, shower, WC and balcony. Some of these apartments are duplex.
3 bedroom apartment (approx. 70-75m²) – sleeps 1-8: Two twin bedrooms, double bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, private bath, shower, WC and balcony. Some of these apartments are duplex.
Cots are available to hire, free of charge, on request.
Please note: Your apartment will be in one of 8 buildings. If you are not in the main reception building, there's a short walk outside of up to approx. 4 minutes to get to the wellness area and shared facilities.

About Val Cenis
Tucked away in the lesser-known Maurienne valley, just a snowball’s throw from the Italian border, Val Cenis brings together a trio of traditional villages.
