Overview

Hotel Aiguille Grive enjoys a fantastic location directly on the piste, making it an excellent choice for skiers looking to maximise their time on the mountain. In the morning, simply click into your skis and head straight down the Maitaz blue run, while at the end of the day you can ski back to the boot room door. Set in a peaceful position above Arc 1800, the hotel offers breathtaking views and a real feeling of being immersed in the mountains.

The hotel combines modern comfort with classic chalet style, featuring exposed light wood beams, large windows and rooms with private balconies. Two sun terraces provide the perfect place to relax between runs, while the bar offers spectacular scenery alongside hot chocolates, mulled wine and cocktails. For a little friendly competition, there’s also a pool table.

Food is another highlight, with a generous breakfast buffet and delicious three-course evening meals featuring quality regional ingredients. Arc 1800’s resort centre is around an eight-minute steep walk away, with the hotel’s snow jeep available at certain times and subject to availability.

All rooms are non-smoking and have a TV, hairdryer, tea or coffee-making facilities, bathrobes, slippers, telephone and safe.

Double room with balcony – sleeps 1-2: Double bed or twin beds, shower, WC and balcony. A double bed is provided as standard. If you would like twin beds, please let us know when you book.

There’s no vehicle access to the Hotel Aiguille Grive and it’s a steep 8-minute walk from Arc 1800 up to the hotel. The hotel has a snow jeep service on request and subject to driver availability for lifts into the resort.
