Families
Nursery and Beanie Bear Club is based in the building next door to the Chalet Les Cimes Blanches, a 2-minute walk from the Plagne Lauze Apartments.Nursery (6 months - 4 years) is run by UK-qualified childcare staff and held in a dedicated room equipped with games and toys. Outdoor play included (weather and parental consent permitting).
Beanie Bear Club (4-8 years) provides plenty of fun-filled days as our childcare staff offer a combination of care and skiing, which includes 6 x AM ski lessons, pick-up and drop-off from ski lessons, lunch and afternoon care by staff in the dedicated Beanie Bear Club room.
Both Children's Clubs operate for 6 days and
must be pre-booked to guarantee a place. Evening clubs are also
available to book in resort for an extra charge.
All the staff
are UK-qualified, English-speaking and first-aid trained, and have had
DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service), reference checks and correct adult:child ratios are maintained.
Meals
Offered on a self catered basis, there are plenty of supermarkets locally where you can stock up on provisions including one within the complex and various restaurants in the resort centre serving a selection of local and internationally inspired cuisine.

About La Plagne
La Plagne is a superb choice for families and anyone looking to build confidence on the slopes, with access to 425km of varied skiing in the Paradiski area. Beginners can progress from gentle nursery slopes to wide, scenic blue runs, including those from Grande Rochette back to Plagne Centre. More experienced skiers can enjoy longer reds towards Champagny-en-Vanoise, while those wanting to explore further can take the double-decker cable car over to Les Arcs for even more terrain.
The resort is made up of several linked villages, each with its own character. Plagne Centre is the original hub, while Plagne Soleil is the newest. Belle Plagne and Plagne 1800 are among the prettiest options, Plagne Villages sits right in the heart of the ski area, and Plagne Aime 2000 offers a quieter, family-friendly base. All villages provide a mix of accommodation, restaurants and easy access to the pistes.
Off the slopes, La Plagne offers plenty of unique experiences. You can race down France’s only Olympic bobsleigh track, take a ziplining adventure across the mountains, or visit the Bellecôte glacier’s ice grotto filled with intricate sculptures carved from snow and ice. For a more relaxed alternative with the same access to the Paradiski area, the nearby village of Montalbert offers a smaller, laid-back atmosphere while still connecting directly into the ski network.
