About Big White Ski Resort
Big White Ski Resort is all about snow. With over 118 runs, five powder bowls and plenty of sunshine you’ll soon realize that you’ve landed in the winter wonderland for families and friends.
The village accommodates Canada’s most modern totally ski-in ski-out resort properties. New for the 2006/2007 season is a six-person chairlift, the ‘Snow Ghost Express’ in addition to the 15 other existing express chairs, gondola, and surface lifts.
For your family, Big White features a world-class TELUS terrain park, Olympic sized super pipe, Canada’s highest elevation skating rink, Snow Coaster Adventure Park, alpine night skiing, and number of slope-side restaurants. With exceptionally affordable prices and over 16,000 on-mountain beds, Big White also offers a variety of accommodations to suit your family needs. Hotels, luxury apartments, modern mountain vacation homes and even themed log cabins, most with private outdoor hot tubs dot the landscape.
Voted ‘Best Tree-Skiing, Best Powder and Best Corduroy’ by Ski Canada Magazine, you too can feel the difference natural snow makes as you cruz the long rolling groomers, hit the powder bowls or watch your children ride the rails and try their luck at the Olympic sized super pipe.
