Overview

The outstanding Chalet Eagle's Nest is in a stunning and tranquil location, situated close to the renowned fondue restaurant "Montjola". The new bedrooms are decorated in a modern and contemporary style and all are ensuite. At the end of a hard days skiing you can relax and unwind in the sauna or best of all take a dip in the outdoor jacuzzi tucked into the rock face by the balcony.

Location

Eagles Nest is situated in a quiet, elevated location with lovely views across St. Anton. It is a 10 minute downhill walk to the resort centre, main slopes and ski lifts. If you don't fancy an uphill walk at the end of the day, then jump on the ski bus which stops close by.

Please note: Final access path to the chalet is narrow and quite steep and ease of access is obviously very dependent on snow & local conditions.

Breakfast

Start your day with a hearty breakfast to fuel your day on the slopes, choose from a selection of cereals (not forgetting a bowl of Skiers porridge!), fresh fruit and yoghurts, freshly baked local bread and choice of preserves accompanied by fruit juices, tea and coffee. In addition, apart from chalet staff day off and change over day, and if you've got the room, enjoy a cooked breakfast!

Afternoon tea

On your return from the slopes, pop the kettle on and help yourself to a teatime treat with a slice (or two!) of delicious home-made cake or biscuits.

Dinner

Guests enjoy a 4 course dinner six nights per week served with a house red and white wine and coffee to finish.

About St Anton

Renowned for its challenging terrain, St Anton is one of the Alps' premier destinations for expert skiers. From steep gullies and deep, snow-filled bowls to demanding black runs, there's no shortage of exciting terrain to explore. Intermediates are equally well catered for, with 305km of seamlessly linked pistes stretching across the Arlberg ski area. One of the resort's standout experiences is the Run of Fame – an epic 85km ski route that starts in St Anton and winds its way to Warth-Schröcken, showcasing some of the region's finest scenery along the way.

The village combines authentic Tyrolean character with a world-famous après-ski scene. Traditional chalets and a striking onion-domed church give the centre plenty of Alpine charm, while lively slopeside bars are the perfect place to celebrate the day's skiing. As evening falls, the pedestrianised main street comes alive with bustling pubs, bars and live music that keep the atmosphere going well into the night. Accommodation ranges from luxurious hotels close to the Galzig gondola, ideal for those wanting to be at the heart of the action, to welcoming family-run guesthouses in the quieter Nasserein area.

There's plenty to enjoy away from the slopes too. The arl.rock Sport Park offers everything from indoor and outdoor climbing walls to tennis courts and a bowling alley, making it a great option for an active afternoon. Afterwards, unwind in the sports bar with a drink and a few classic pub games before heading back out to enjoy the resort's legendary nightlife.
