Timber-clad chalets, colourful frescoed buildings and a distinctive onion-domed church give the village plenty of character. Après-ski begins on the mountain, with lively bars filling up from mid-afternoon, before the action continues into the evening with bustling pubs and vibrant nightclubs. If you prefer a quieter end to the day, you'll also find cosy hotel bars and welcoming restaurants serving traditional Austrian hospitality. Accommodation is equally varied, ranging from charming guesthouses to luxurious spa hotels.
