Description
Location
The chalet is next to the Zugerbahn Chairlift, giving direct access to
the magnificent Lech ski area. Intermediate/advanced skiers can enjoy
skiing back to the chalet door whilst beginners simply need to take the regular free ski bus into Lech for their lessons,
which takes five minutes (approx.). The service currently runs until 3am
(small charge in the evening) so that you can enjoy the atmosphere,
tradition and sheer decadence of Lech town itself.
Snow boots and easy
to carry bags are needed for arrival as the steep access to the chalet
can be very snowy.

About Lech
If you're looking for luxurious surroundings and exceptionally reliable snow, Lech is one of Austria's most prestigious ski destinations. The terrain is gentler than many other areas in the Arlberg, making it an excellent choice for those new to skiing off-piste. On the groomed slopes, you'll find a fantastic selection of wide, sun-filled runs that remain beautifully maintained throughout the day. Once you've explored the local pistes, fast lift connections open up the entire 305km Arlberg ski area for even more variety.
Lech is as well known for its elegant hotels, award-winning restaurants and sophisticated après-ski as it is for its outstanding skiing. The village combines luxury with traditional Alpine charm, where designer boutiques and stylish bars sit alongside historic wooden chalets and a picturesque church. Its long-standing reputation has attracted generations of high-profile visitors, including members of the Dutch royal family and Princess Diana, while retaining the welcoming atmosphere of an authentic mountain community.
For those looking to explore beyond the slopes, more than 40km of winter walking trails showcase the stunning Alpine scenery. Alternatively, enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the comfort of a traditional horse-drawn sleigh as it glides through the snow-covered landscape.
