Overview
Family-owned for four generations, Gardenhotel Theresia combines authentic Austrian hospitality with exceptional wellness and family-friendly facilities. Named after the Brettermeier family's great-grandmother, who founded the hotel in 1948, this welcoming retreat continues a proud tradition of attentive service and alpine charm.
The hotel's impressive Mountain Green Spa is a sanctuary for relaxation, with all pools filled using pure mountain spring water. Adults can unwind in a dedicated wellness area featuring a selection of saunas, relaxation rooms, a cold bath, whirlpool, solarium and cooling area, while families have their own textile spa with a Swiss stone pine sauna and aroma grotto. The extensive facilities also include indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi set within the snowy gardens and a fully equipped fitness centre.
Families are especially well catered for, with a supervised kids' club, play area and an exciting programme of activities for children aged three and over. The dedicated beginners' ski area and lift directly opposite the hotel make learning to ski easy and convenient, while parents can enjoy some well-earned time to relax.

Location
Ski to the door using a T-bar across the road from the hotel which connects with the main lifts.
The village centre and gondola are 400m from the hotel and the ski bus stops outside.
The Kids' practice area is beside the hotel.
Rooms
All rooms are non-smoking and have bath, balcony, cable, TV, safe, minibar, (Free non-alcoholic drinks), hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and Free Wi-Fi internet access.
Bernkogel Austrian twin -sleeps1-2- are around 24m². These rooms have a bath, seating area and north-west facing balcony.
Zwölfer Austrian twin -sleeps 3-4- a double sofa bed in the lounge area. These rooms are around 38m² and the balconies face south east.
Reiterkogel Austrian twin -sleeps 2- are slightly larger at around 40m² and have a west facing balcony.

Wide, tree-lined runs criss-cross the valley, and confident beginners can even complete a circuit of the area while mostly sticking to gentle blue slopes.
