Overview

The Residence Pas de la Casa Princesa offers simple, comfortable accommodation in a peaceful location near the slopes of Pas de la Casa. Intermediate skiers can access a nearby blue run directly, while beginners will find a highly regarded ski school within a 15-minute walk.

The residence has a traditional mountain appearance, with stone-clad exteriors and impressive views of the surrounding snowy landscape. Inside, the apartments are practical and welcoming, featuring neutral décor enhanced by cosy touches such as checked throws and alpine-inspired cushions.

Each apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette, making it an ideal choice for a self-catering ski holiday. Situated in a quieter area at the top of the resort, the residence offers a relaxed atmosphere away from the busier nightlife and resort centre. Guests looking to enjoy the après-ski scene can easily head into town, though the return walk involves a fairly steep uphill climb.

Rooms

All apartments are non-smoking have a kitchenette with a hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a TV, free WiFi, hairdryer and safe. Towels, linen and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen) are included.

When you arrive, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approx. €200 in cash or by card for each apartment on your booking.

Coaches are not allowed into the centre of Pas de la Casa, so you'll be dropped off nearby and will have a 15-minute walk to the hotel when you arrive. Your luggage will be transported for you.

During your stay you'll need to climb a steep slope when making your way to the hotel and it's a 13-minute walk to the town centre.

Catering

Offered on a self-catered basis, guests will be able to collect provisions form the nearby supermarkets or dine in the local cafes and restaurants at their leisure.

About Pas de la Casa

Pas de la Casa is a popular, budget-friendly resort within the Grandvalira, offering 215km of pistes and one of Europe’s strongest ski school setups. Its nursery area is located higher up the mountain, so beginners take the gondola up before starting lessons with professional instructors. Intermediates can explore a wide mix of blue and red runs, including scenic tree-lined pistes in the nearby Grau Roig sector.

The town is modern rather than traditional, but it’s known for good-value accommodation and a lively après-ski scene often nicknamed “Ibiza on snow.” Popular spots like the UFO-shaped Coll Blanc kick off the party early, with terraces such as Les Olimpiades staying busy into the evening. Night skiing is also available in good conditions, extending time on the slopes.

Beyond skiing, visitors can enjoy duty-free shopping, trips to Andorra la Vella, or relaxation at the Caldea Spa.
