Overview
The KY Mountain Hostel is a simple, no-fuss base for a ski trip to Arinsal, perfect for those who want convenience without the extras. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the gondola, giving you quick access to the Pal–Arinsal ski resort slopes so you can get out on the snow in no time.
After a day skiing, the hostel has a lively social atmosphere. You can unwind in the bar or games room, complete with pool, table football and darts, or head up to the top-floor TV lounge, where comfy seating makes it a great spot to catch a match or relax.
Rooms offer a bit more privacy than you might expect from a hostel, with your own ensuite bathroom included. The design leans towards modern industrial, with exposed pipework and a clean colour palette of grey, white and black.
Each morning, a hot and cold buffet breakfast is served at the AKY Restaurant and is included in your stay. For lunch or dinner, you can choose dishes from the à la carte menu for an extra charge. If you’re keeping an eye on costs, there’s also a shared kitchen available, and a supermarket just a short walk away for picking up ingredients.
