Many rooms have been recently renovated with elegant, modern interiors, and interconnecting options are available which is perfect for groups seeking a more private experience.

Relaxation is at the heart of the stay, with wellness facilities including a hydro-massage pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, and a tranquil relaxation area. Access to the spa is available for a local charge or included with the half-board plus option, ensuring plenty of opportunities to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Transfers are dropped off and picked up across the road, 50 metres from the hotel entrance

Room facilities include Cable TV with local channels, Free Wi-Fi, Safe, Tea and coffee making facilities, Mini bar (pay locally), Bathroom with shower or bathtub, Hairdryer, Bathrobes and slippers and Toiletries

Cots are charged at €10 if requested locally, but free if requested beforehand and on the booking

Double rooms with balcony are approx. 23m² and sleep two people. These rooms have a a balcony and bath or shower.

Family bedrooms are approx. 44m² sleeping three to four people and have a double bed and twin beds. These rooms can be interconnecting double and twin bedrooms, depending on availability.

The spa and wellness area offers two saunas, a steam room, two whirlpools, a small hydromassage pool, relaxation room and marble Caldarium with ice fountain.

Spa opening information (subject to change):

Monday to Saturday: Open to people over 13 years old from 1 - 9pm (last entry 8pm) and to children aged three to 12 years from 3 - 6pm (last entry 5pm).

Sunday: Open to people over 13 years old from 9am - 9pm (last entry 8pm) and to children aged three to 12 years from 9 - 11am (last entry 10am) and 3 - 6pm (last entry 5pm).

There is an entry fee for the spa which is €15 per adult per hour and €10 per child per hour. Each entry into the spa is for one hour. Under 18s must always be supervised by an adult over 18. Flip-flops are obligatory.

If you book the half-board plus package, you can access the spa for one hour per day, free of charge.

Choose from one of the hotels three areas for food and drink. The Bar Bolera is located in the bowling alley and is a great place for some competitive fun and a drink with friends. The main buffet restaurant is an all-you-can-eat and serves some of the best international Mediterranean and mountain cuisine in Arinsal. The piano bar brings a more sophisticated vibe to your evening and hosts live music every Saturday and Thursday night.

The Princesa Parc hotel has its own buffet restaurant for breakfast and evening meals.

Dinner is a four-course buffet menu with plenty of choices.

Half Board Plus is an inclusive drinks package (available for a supplement) which includes wine, beer, soft drinks, tea, coffee and a selection of spirits from the selected club menu. A daily one-hour entry to the Spa is also included with this package.

If you wish to dine in the Louis XV Restaurant in the Princesa Parc Excellence Hotel then a supplement of 28€ per person per day is payable locally. Guests should contact the front desk staff on the same day to inform them and pay before entering the restaurant. This option is not available to pre-book at Christmas or New Year.
