Deluxe Studio are about 23m² and sleep up to four people. These rooms can either have a King bed, two Queen size beds or a Queen and sofa bed. All rooms have a bath/shower, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-fridge, black-out curtains, hairdryer, ironing board, air-conditioning, flat screen cable TV, iPod docking station, free Wi-Fi and a safe.

Superior King Rooms are about 23m² and sleep up to two people. They have a King size bed.

Junior Suites are about 40m² and sleep up to four people (extra bed is a double sofa bed). They have a Queen size bed.

Two Bedroom Suites are about 109m² and sleep up to six people (extra bed is a double sofa bed). They have two king size beds in two inter-connecting rooms.

No age restriction applies for our guests staying at the Aava. However the hotel installs a zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise at unreasonable hours, which all guests must adhere to.
