Overview

Offering a traditional Austrian welcome to all guests, the Hotel Sunny Solden prides itself on its excellent service in comfortable Tyrolean surroundings.

A fifteen minute walk to Solden centre and the Giggijoch gondola, the hotel is in a great location with views towards the mountains. There is also a bus stop just 50 metres outside of the hotel.

In the restaurant expect hearty Austrian dinners seven days a week with recipes passed down through generations, with some influences from Mediterranean dishes.

Rooms are decorated with traditional Tyrolean décor. All rooms have balconies and mountain facing views.

The indoor pool is a great way to relax after a day on the slopes, with panoramic views across the mountains. The hotel's wellness area also includes a Finnish sauna, organic sauna, stream bath, infrared cabin, and fitness room.

Rooms

All rooms are non-smoking and have a TV, telephone, safe, minibar, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer.

Twin room (approx. 22m²) - sleeps 1-2: Austrian twin bed, private bath or shower and WC.

Twin room (approx. 30m²) - sleeps 1-3: Twin beds, private bath or shower and WC.

Family room (approx. 50m²) - sleeps 1-4: Austrian twin bed, two single beds, private bath or shower and WC.

Suite (approx. 70m²) - sleeps 1-6: Austrian twin beds, double sofa-bed in living room, private bath or shower and WC.

Cots are available, free upon request.

About Sölden

If you're looking for a holiday that provides both great nightlife and great, high altitude skiing, then Sölden is for you. Après-ski events are plentiful, and the many bars and nightclubs are sure to satisfy everyone. There is a large German and Dutch clientele in Sölden so be prepared to make lots of friends from all over Europe!

Having hosted the Alpine Ski World Cup in 2012, Sölden is a great location for both skiing and snowboarding of all levels. There are 69km of blue ski trails, 51km of red ski trails, 28km of black ski trails and 2km of ski routes. So whether you are a complete beginner, an intermediate-level skier or a daredevil racer, there is truly something for everyone in Sölden. Thanks to the high altitude of the slopes (1,350 - 3,340 m), the Rettenbach and Tiefenbach glaciers, and the artificial snow-making systems covering more than 67% of the slopes, skiing is pretty much guaranteed from October through to May.
