Take your kids skiing

Travelling with your family can go either one of 2 ways. It can either be that great holiday you’d been hoping for or it can turn out to be a disaster without the right planning.
If you’re going away with younger children you’ll need to sort out childcare while you’re on the mountains or if they’re a little older you can enrol them into one of the ski schools in the resort.
It also helps when you have decent family après to occupy yourselves with through the evening such as a good restaurant for the family and comfortable accommodation to satisfy everyone.
Kids can get restless when they have to travel long distances so we can help you find a property within a reasonable distance of the slopes keeping your children happy.
A lot of resorts are family orientated with something available for skiers of all ages to enjoy.
Top Tips
Always check the minimum ages for ski schools and crèches. You may need to prove your childs age when they first arrive.

Check that the accommodation is close to the piste and general amenities.

Will the resort nightlife disturb the kids at night?

Are there activities off the slopes to keep the kids entertained in bad weather

Think of going with an operator that provides child-care

Make sure the airport transfer is not too long
