Catering industry experience and/or professional qualification. Minimum age is usually 21yrs. Good organisational, time and money management skills. Teamwork. The Perks:
Slightly better pay than the majority of jobs. You won't starve (as long as you like your own cooking). The Downside:
Expect to work 6 days a week. Often less guest contact (although this can be a good thing!).
