Swedish Lapland’s not just about Santa and sleigh rides – with the largest wilderness area in Europe, heli skiing in Lapland offers over 200 peaks over a snowy terrain that would fill half of Austria. Swedish Lapland’s northerly location means that season runs from the middle of March until the end of May, extending the heli skiing season just that bit longer. What’s more, during the last two weeks of May, guests heli skiing in Sweden may do so under a midnight sun!

Mountain Guide Travel run heli skiing trips in Swedish Lapland. Offering a unique heli ski experience in small groups (witha maximum of 5), highly trained guides and modern equipment and helicopters. Training is included.

Riksgransen Riksgransen, the base resort for those emabarking on a Swedish heli ski adventure, also offers lift-served skiing - piste and off piste - and ski touring for days when the weather prevents heli skiing.
