San Cassiano is a small, smart village in the Alta Badia ski area, with links onto the Sella Ronda circuit. Its clientele remains quite classy, with well-heeled Italian families the norm. It's a quiet venue with very little in the way of après-ski and nightlife. It's primarily a family resort, although children are not particularly well looked after, a fault shared by a number of Italian ski resorts. San Cassiano has a good sun record, while snow is usually good.
