Ski/Board Skills: Warm up your skiing/boarding talents with a quick refresher at your local dry ski slope.

Cookery Courses: Some tour operators run their own cookery courses, which tend to be a cheaper option.

Language Skills: brush up your lingo to avoid communication problems with the natives.
