1. Contact the assistance company in cases of emergency.
2. Contact your insurance company and request a claim form immediately upon your return.
3. Check the time you have to submit the claim
4. Report thefts / damage to the local police / baggage carrier, obtain
written proof of the incident and, if applicable, report it to your holiday
rep.
5. Keep all receipts, bills and paperwork and, if applicable, obtain witness
reports and photographs if possible.
6. Try to get back on the white stuff as soon as possible.....
