We make every effort to ensure that all information on this Site is correct and up-to-date. You should be aware, however, that any flight and/or holiday details appearing on this Site:
- should be considered indicative only until confirmed by the agent or any third party with or through whom you book your holiday, ski rental, lift passes, ski school or accommodation and
- may not be fault-free although we will do our best to correct any errors or omissions as soon as we are notified of them.
We do offer hypertext links to other websites merely for your convenience. The inclusion of such links on our Site does not mean that we endorse any material on those linked sites or have any association with them whatsoever.

TRAVEL BOOKINGS
Your queries in respect of the travel information included on this Site and any subsequent bookings or fulfilment (together your "Requests") will, unless stated otherwise, be dealt with by [Ski Solutions Limited], a fully ABTA bonded travel agent ([ABTA No. C671, ATOL No 4055]), who acts as an agent for various airline and holiday operators and all travel contracts will be between you and the operator of such flights or holidays. Special terms and conditions will apply to your Requests and additional rules or restrictions may apply to a fare, product or service selected by you. Please contact the appropriate operator of your flight or holiday for details of such terms, rules and restrictions.
Where indicated on our site, we may refer your Requests to an operator of flights or holidays directly, without the involvement of Ski Solutions. We cannot, however, be responsible for services offered to you through us as agents for those third parties. Sending in a Request is not a contract to purchase a holiday. Bookings are only valid once confirmed by either Ski Solutions or the operator of the flight or holiday.
Please note when booking a holiday or other product through ifyouski that: - Holidays are not guaranteed until tickets are confirmed and purchased. All fares, flight and holiday details are subject to change in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant operator of your flight or holiday;
- Purchase of an airline ticket does not guarantee you a seat on a particular flight;
- It is your own responsibility to ensure that you can comply with any passport, visa or inoculation requirements; we cannot be responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates where you are being charged in local currency for (part of) your holiday package.
- Late booking fees (charged by the Travel Partner and/or the tour operator) and flight/room supplements may be levied at the time of booking and will be reflected in the booking confirmation and tour operator invoices.

However, all holiday details including property descriptions, travel information, pricing and discounts, insurance details, terms and conditions should be considered as indicative only until confirmed by Ski Solutions prior to booking. Fulfillment and ticket sales are handled by Ski Solutions who are a fully bonded travel agent (ABTA No. C6711, ATOL No. 4055). All travel contracts will be between you, Ski Solutions and any tour operators or other travel providers you choose. Please note that a 2% fee will apply for credit card transactions. Late booking fees and supplements may apply - please see above. Sending in a booking request is not a contract to purchase a holiday. Bookings are only valid once confirmed directly by Ski Solutions. Neither we, nor Ski Solutions nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of (i) your use of or reliance on any content available on or through this Site, (ii) any failure to access or delay in accessing this Site or (iii) the performance or non-performance of any services by us or by [Ski Solutions] or third party providers of flights or holidays.
