FAQ's - Travel, Resorts & Gear

How can I get from the airport to resort?

If you are looking for transfers to resort then check out resort transfer section where you can find transport information for many resorts. Here you will find contacts for bus and train transfers.

If you are part of a group then it may be cheaper to either rent a car or book a taxi. You can expect bus transfers to cost up to £40 each way.

Top Tip - book early outward flights and late inbound flights so you have plenty of time to get there and back.

You can also pre-book transfers in many resorts.

Should I pre-book my ski/board rental and liftpasses before I go?

This covers lift passes, ski equipment hire and lessons. You can only pre-book ski packs through certain tour operators. To see if it is possible to do with your choice of holiday package please contact our sales team. If the company operating your chosen holiday do not offer this option there will be a service provided on the transfer coach when the representatives will take ski-pack bookings. You can pay by cash or credit card (there may be a small surcharge for cards) and they will deliver your passes to your accommodation and organise lessons and a suitable time slot for you to visit the nearest ski-hire shop to minimise the waiting time. Some tour operators even offer in-chalet ski and boot fittings.

Alternatively you can pre-book your ski and board rental on ifyouski. You could save up to 40%! Simply click HERE >>
