Courchevel 1650 Resort Info

'The most expensive resort in the French Alps'? Only partially true. Sat next to Val Thorens and Méribel, Courchevel is the most easterly of the Trois Vallées (the ski maps are back to front!) It is made up of four separate parts, each with their own character.
Courchevel 1650 straddles the main road up the valley and doesn't really capture the imagination of those travelling through, probably because its main attractions, an old village centre, lively bars and quiet chalets are hidden from view. A major bonus is the local slopes are usually less crowded than those above 1850. More Courchevel 1650 resort information
