The Valluga Hotel, St Anton originally built in 1952, has been lovingly restored to its original charm with a modern and exciting twist. Now under new Swedish ownership, the Valluge Hotel has been completely renovated for Winter 2011-12. The comfortable lounge makes for a perfect hang-out, where you can play chess or backgammon to the tunes of old vinyls in front of a roaring fire.

The cuisine is modern and international with a Tyrolean twist. Enjoy the fantastic hotel dinner in the restaurant and the bar that serves up After-Ski Gluhwein, great cocktails and a classic bar menu.

The wellness area provides a fantastic place to spoil yourself after a long day on the slopes. The facilities include a spa with beauty treatments, massages, 4 different saunas, a relaxing room and a well-equipped Techno-Gym.

A spacious suite in the loft with 2 large bedrooms.

One equipped with king size DUX bed and one with DUX Twin beds. Lovely living room with comfy sofa bed. Balcony and 2 bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. Separate WC. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults & 2 children.

SUITE: 

This is our largest room for 2 people.

1 bedroom with king size DUX bed & separate living room with cosy sitting area. Balcony and bathroom with tub, shower and separate WC. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children.

FAMILY SUITE: 

These rooms are rooms for a whole family or a group of friends. 1 bedroom with king size DUX bed & sitting area with sofabed and 1 bedroom with DUX twin beds, balcony and bathroom with tub, shower and separate WC. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults & 2 children.

LARGE DOUBLE:

These are our mid-size rooms with King size DUX beds, sitting area, some with sofa bed, balcony and bathroom with shower and separate WC. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults & 2 children.

DOUBLE:

These are our standard double rooms with comfy King size DUX bed, balcony & bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults.

SINGLE:

Single rooms with queen size bed and bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy: 1 adult.

Child prices apply to ages 2-12 years inclusive.

Breakfast is buffet style and dinner is a four course set menu including a salad buffet on some days. Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Gala Dinners are included in the price of the holiday. Please note: Ski wear is not permitted in the dining area.

Austrian twin rooms have private and sole use of a shower and WC located on the corridor. Larger twin rooms with private bathroom facilities are available at a supplement. Some rooms can take a third bed (sofa bed or similar). Single rooms are also available at a supplement.

St Anton Resort Info

Famous for its awesome skiing and equally awesome après ski, St Anton is mostly an experts' resort, with its serious off-piste, moguls and powder. St Anton's pistes tend to be undergraded, however, with first-class guiding and instruction the mountain can be enjoyed by most levels, apart, perhaps, from very beginners.

Although St Anton doesn't quite match the chocolate box reputation of other Austrian resorts, it does offer an exceptional range of après-ski, with bars and clubs galore. Restaurants can be a bit hit and miss, but as most of St Anton's visitors just want to get on with the party, a quick snack is all that's required. Off-snow activites are a little thin on the ground, although you can always jump on a train and explore Innsbruck which is only one hour away.
