1. This competition is open to entrants of any age and
not employed by the Online Travel Corporation plc, Switzerland Tourism and the Valais and their
families or agents, or persons directly involved in the administration
of this competition.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entries for the competition must
be received prior to 23:59hr, 3 March 2004. Winners will be notified by e-mail
after 4 March 2004. The prizes must be claimed within 10 days of notification. Online Travel cannot accept any responsibility for
entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit.
3. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry
per person. Addresses will be checked.
4. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility
of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. the Online Travel Corporation plc ,Switzerland Tourism and the Valaistake no responsibility or liability
for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received
in this promotion.
5. the Online Travel Corporation plc reserves the right to suspend, change
or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice.
It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that
the entrants agree to abide by the rules.
6. The prizes will be as stated
and there will be no cash alternatives. No correspodence will be entered into.

All correct and complete entries will be entered into the
competition and entry to the competition implies acceptance of any terms and
conditions attendant on the prize.
8. The winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners will be
drawn randomly from all entries received. The judges decision will be final.
the Online Travel Corporation plc will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with
the competition. The decision of the Online Travel Corporation plc shall be final and legally
binding.
9. the Online Travel Corporation plc, Switzerland Tourism and the Valais will
not be liable for damage, or loss of persons or property resulting from the
prize.
10. the Online Travel Corporation plc, Switzerland Tourism and the Valais reserve the right to publicise the winner in future publications.
