You could be working in a large chalet, club hotel, restaurant or resort hotel.

The Requirements
Catering industry experience and/or professional qualification.
Minimum age is usually 21yrs.
Good organisational, time and money management skills.
Teamwork.
The Perks
Slightly better pay than the majority of jobs.
You won't starve (as long as you like your own cooking).

Expect to work 6 days a week.
Often less guest contact (although this can be a good thing!).
