Guest ratio is a maximum of 12:1; larger chalets will have chalet helpers.

| The Requirements |
Catering experience - most companies will ask you for a menu plan. Some will want a qualification.
A second language is useful.
Minimum age is usually 18+, though some companies state 21+.
Stamina, enthusiastic and an outgoing personality.
